I don't know if I was doing the right thing when I unintentionally extorted our General Manager following the offer I got form another company. Of course, in the end, I got a fair raise, but I am not sure if I can tolerate my current boss any longer. He sure brings out the worst in me, out in the public, laid down to the management.
I hate working. Never did like it. But, I have to accept the fact that most of the things in life don't really go the way we would want it to be. An idealist can never really bring his/her ideas into reality. If it was possible, then sign me in that Utopian nation. My idea of a Utopian nation would a world where everybody has to work for food. Not in a bad way, but through farming, agriculture, taking only what we need, harvesting only what we need. When you don't need to work, that eliminates the possibilities of having a superior, or a boss, or worse, a stupid boss!
But when you are faced with one, mixed emotions and riposted actions will take place. And the repercussions of this often bad reflex are dire. As for me, I am somewhat viewed as a rebellion, which is quite flattering for me. hahaha. I can never respect someone who has little respect for others anyway.
But, now, i think Im starting to regret my decision to stay here and wished I did not reject the other offer..FUCK!!!
